1. IPQA – Quality Assurance (OSD Background)

We are currently seeking professionals for the role of IPQA (Officer/Executive) within our Quality Assurance department. Ideal candidates should have experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) forms.

Position: Officer/Executive
Experience Required: 4 to 10 years
Location: Sikkim, India
Job Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process quality assurance (IPQA) tasks.
• Conduct line clearance activities.
• Withdraw finished goods (FG) samples for testing.
• Support validation activities across the production line.

2. Microbiologist – Quality Control (Microbiology)

We are looking for an experienced Microbiologist to join our Quality Control team in Sikkim. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in Microbiology or Biotechnology.

Position: Microbiologist
Experience Required: 5 to 6 years
Education: M.Sc. in Microbiology or Biotechnology
Location: Sikkim, India
Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and approve Quality Control-Microbiology documents, including study protocols, test procedures, specifications, and qualification protocols.
• Perform daily verification and calibration of microbiology instruments.
• Review trend data for water and environmental monitoring.
• Conduct sampling, analysis, and observation of water samples, recording relevant data.
• Perform and review microbiological limit tests and method suitability testing for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Prepare and review culture media and conduct growth promotion tests.
• Review microbiology reports and ensure accurate documentation.

3. QMS Officer – Production

We are hiring a QMS Officer with a background in production, specifically in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) forms.

Position: QMS Officer
Qualification: B. Pharma/M. Pharma
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in QMS
Location: Sikkim, India
Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize TrackWise software for QMS management.
• Handle change control, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), and deviation management.
• Ensure that all production processes comply with quality standards and regulations.

4. AM/DM/Manager – Accounts

We are urgently looking to fill the position of Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager in our Accounts department for our Sikkim location. We seek a highly qualified individual with experience in manufacturing, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.

Position: AM/DM/Manager – Accounts
Experience Required: 10 to 15 years
Qualification: M.Com/ICWA/CA Inter
Location: Sikkim, India
Desirable Skills:

• Strong knowledge of applicable taxation, GST, statutory compliance, returns, and billing.
• Familiarity with income tax regulations, DIC, and other governmental requirements.
• Experience in government liaising, preferably in Sikkim.
• Expertise in FG dispatch, stock verification, vendor payment management, MIS & costing, and banking operations.
• Experience in managing insurance subsidies and other relevant works.
