Roles and Responsibilities
Manufacturing
- Handle production operations in bulk drug manufacturing
- Ensure smooth shift operations and process compliance
- Maintain documentation as per regulatory standards
- Monitor equipment and ensure safety protocols
AR&D (Analytical Research & Development)
- Perform method development and validation using HPLC and GC
- Conduct impurity profiling and nitrosamine analysis
- Work with LCMS and GCMS for unknown impurity identification
- Ensure compliance with ICH and regulatory guidelines
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform routine analysis of raw materials and finished products
- Maintain quality records and reports
- Support validation and stability studies
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Manufacturing: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech
- AR&D: M.Sc (Chemistry or relevant field)
- QC: M.Sc (Chemistry or related discipline)
Experience Required:
- Manufacturing: 2 to 7 years
- AR&D: 2 to 6 years
- QC: 0 to 3 years (Freshers can apply for trainee roles)
Candidates with experience in bulk drug/API industry will be preferred.
