๐ง Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute statistical analysis strategies aligned with study objectives
- Draft and review Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs)
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and cleaning (ETL) across multiple healthcare datasets
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses (ANOVA, regression, survival analysis, etc.)
- Generate tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) and analytical reports
- Ensure data quality control and validation checks
- Collaborate with scientific teams, data curation, and project managers
- Contribute to regulatory submissions and HEOR studies
- Present findings in client meetings and internal discussions
๐ Qualifications & Skills
Educational Requirements:
- Masterโs degree (0โ2 years experience) OR
- Bachelorโs degree (0โ5 years experience)
- Field: Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in SQL
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Knowledge of healthcare datasets (EMR, claims, PROs)
- Understanding of statistical methodologies & study design
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with GitHub
- Exposure to oncology research or RWE studies
- Knowledge of FDA, ICH-GCP guidelines
- Publication or research background
