Key Responsibilities – STEM Content Analyst (Patent Biblio Curation)
- Classify patent documents based on technical relevance and novelty
- Perform bibliographic data curation and validation as per editorial standards
- Maintain accuracy in patent classification review (CR) workflows
- Track performance against production and quality KPIs
- Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with IP standards
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and patent trends
- Work across workflows like:
- Patent Families
- Equivalent Review (QR)
- Patent Citation Index (PCI)
- Conversion Hold (CH) & Non-Conversion (NC)
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
- B.Sc in Chemistry (or allied sciences)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good English communication (written + verbal)
- Basic knowledge of:
- Patent processes (preferred)
- Computer applications & MS Office
- Internet research and data handling
