With exposure to over 2,700 clinical trials across 100+ countries, this role places you at the center of modern, risk-based clinical trial monitoring.
Key Responsibilities – Centralized Monitoring Analyst I
- Review clinical trial data using centralized monitoring tools and systems
- Identify trends, risks, and data anomalies in clinical trial datasets
- Support risk-based monitoring activities aligned with centralized monitoring plans
- Track signals, issues, and potential risks for study sites
- Document findings as per SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Assist in risk characterization and reporting processes
- Support data extraction, report generation, and database updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional clinical teams for follow-up actions
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field
- 2+ years experience in clinical research / clinical data management / monitoring / biostatistics
- Equivalent combination of education + experience also considered
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and numerical aptitude
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Understanding of centralized monitoring plans and protocols
- Experience with clinical data systems and MS Office tools
- Ability to identify trends and risks in study data
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal English)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Knowledge of medical terminology and therapeutic areas
