As part of ICONโs Integrated Data Analytics & Reporting team, you will play a critical role in risk-based monitoring (RBM), data-driven insights, and clinical trial quality oversight.
Key Responsibilities โ Analytical Monitor (ICON)
- Perform analytical monitoring activities across clinical trials
- Identify site-level and subject-level risks using data insights
- Conduct central monitoring reviews to detect early warning signals
- Analyze clinical trial data from multiple systems and dashboards (e.g., Spotfire)
- Collaborate with Data Management, Central Monitoring, and Site Management teams
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory standards
- Support risk-based monitoring (RBM) and quality-by-design (QbD) approaches
- Communicate insights and escalate issues proactively
- Mentor junior team members and support team development
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelorโs degree in Health Sciences / Life Sciences / Data Sciences
- Masterโs degree preferred
Experience Required
- Minimum 4+ years in clinical research / CRO / pharma industry
Core Skills Required
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations & data flow
- Expertise in data analysis and interpretation
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines
- Experience with RBQM / RBM / QbD frameworks
- Familiarity with BI tools (Spotfire, dashboards, analytics tools)
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
