Cliantha Research is hiring an Analyst (In-Vitro Immunogenicity) to support their Predictive Immunogenicity Laboratory, focusing on biologics, peptides, and novel therapeutic modalities.

๐ฌ Key Responsibilities
1. Assay Development & Execution
- Perform dendritic cell (DC) maturation assays
- Conduct T-cell proliferation and antigen-specific activation assays
- Execute cytokine release assays (ELISA, MSD)
- Support ELISpot / FluoroSpot assays
- Assist in MHC-associated peptide identification (MAPPs) workflows
2. Cell Culture & PBMC Handling
- Handle human PBMCs and donor panels under BSL-2 conditions
- Perform CD14+ monocyte isolation and MoDC differentiation
- Optimize immune cell culture conditions
3. Flow Cytometry Expertise
- Design and optimize multicolor flow cytometry panels
- Perform staining, acquisition, and data analysis
- Analyze markers such as CD80, CD86, CD83, HLA-DR
- Maintain instrument QC and calibration
4. Data & Documentation
- Prepare SOPs, protocols, and technical reports
- Support assay qualification and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with scientific and quality standards
๐ Qualifications & Eligibility
Educational Requirements
- M.Sc. / M.Tech in:
- Biotechnology
- Immunology
- Life Sciences (related fields)
Experience Required
- 1โ3 years of relevant lab experience in immunology or biologics research
๐งช Required Technical Skills
- Experience in primary immune cell culture (PBMCs, T-cells, monocytes)
- Strong expertise in flow cytometry (panel design & analysis)
- Hands-on experience with:
- ELISA / MSD
- ELISpot / FluoroSpot
- Understanding of:
- Innate & adaptive immune pathways
- Immunogenicity risk assessment
โญ Preferred Skills (Bonus Advantage)
- Knowledge of in-silico epitope prediction tools (NetMHCIIpan, EpiMatrix)
- Experience with:
- DC biology
- TLR agonists
- Biologics immunogenicity studies
