Key Responsibilities โ Help Desk Agent (Clinical Trials)
- Provide first-line technical support for clinical trial systems, applications, and users
- Collaborate with AI-driven Tier 0 systems to diagnose and escalate issues
- Perform incident management, logging, tracking, and resolving support tickets
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues related to clinical trial platforms
- Assist clinical teams, researchers, and patients in navigating digital trial systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and recurring problems
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure timely updates
- Collaborate with Tier 2 teams and resolver groups for complex issues
- Continuously learn and adapt to clinical trial technologies and AI tools
Eligibility & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
- 1โ2 years of Help Desk / IT Support experience (preferably healthcare or clinical trials)
- Strong understanding of technical troubleshooting (software, hardware, networking)
- Good communication and customer support skills
- Familiarity with AI-driven support tools
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of clinical trial systems (CTMS, EDC)
- Exposure to GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
- Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow
