Roles & Responsibilities
Analytical & QC Roles
- Operate instruments like HPLC, GC, and dissolution apparatus
- Perform analytical method validation and cleaning validation
- Prepare analytical protocols, reports, and documentation
- Handle stability samples and support analysis
Analytical Development
- Develop and validate analytical methods
- Perform spectroscopic and wet chemical analysis
- Support method transfer and verification
- Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance
Formulation Development
- Develop OSD formulations for regulated markets
- Prepare TTD documentation
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Work on scale-up and exhibit batch manufacturing
Quality Assurance (Validation)
- Perform equipment qualification and validation
- Handle autoclave validation, sterilizers, and lyophilizers
- Conduct SIP validation and temperature mapping
- Manage cleanroom and AHU qualification
IPQA Roles
- Perform line clearance and in-process checks
- Conduct sampling for IP, FP, and validation
- Review batch records
- Execute process and cleaning validation
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have any of the following qualifications:
- M.Sc (Chemistry)
- M.Sc / M.Pharm
- M.Pharm (Formulation)
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
Relevant experience is required as per the role.
