Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards
- Oversee documentation, audits, and quality systems
- Implement and monitor quality policies and procedures
- Handle internal and external audits effectively
- Coordinate with production and other departments for quality improvements
- Ensure product quality meets industry and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc or M.Sc in relevant field
- B.Pharm or equivalent degree
- Any relevant graduate degree with QA experience
