Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage eTMF (Trial Master File) ensuring audit readiness
- Perform TMF QC checks, document filing, and completeness reviews
- Support clinical systems and study maintenance activities
- Communicate with study teams for deliverables and timelines
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory standards
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 1โ2 years experience in clinical research / TMF / study support
- Knowledge of eTMF systems, document management, QC
- Strong MS Office and communication skills
- Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines
- Ability to work in EMEA shifts and cross-functional teams
2. Safety & PV Technology Project Manager (Gurugram / Hyderabad โ Hybrid)

This role drives pharmacovigilance (PV) transformation projects, focusing on AI, automation, and safety system innovation.

- Lead PV technology and automation projects end-to-end
- Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables

Qualifications
- 5+ years total experience (PV + Project Management)

- Exposure to AI / automation in PV (preferred)
- PMP / PRINCE2 (preferred but not mandatory)
