Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and track clinical trial transfer orders
- Manage stock reconciliation and inventory monitoring
- Perform quality checks and inspection readiness activities
- Support labeling, packaging, and shipment documentation
- Maintain records in electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)
- Coordinate with clinical supply chain teams and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Handle returns, destruction, and depot management activities
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced global environment
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences / Life Sciences / Healthcare
- Experience in clinical supply chain or logistics (Phase IโIV trials)
- Knowledge of GxP, regulatory compliance, and documentation standards
- Understanding of:
- Investigational product lifecycle
- Kit management, distribution, reconciliation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
