Roles & Responsibilities
As a CRA II at ICON, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring clinical trials while ensuring compliance and data quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Ensure protocol compliance, patient safety, and data integrity
- Collaborate with investigators and site staff
- Perform clinical data review and resolve queries
- Assist in preparing and reviewing clinical study documentation
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the clinical trial lifecycle
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelorโs degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Experience in onsite monitoring (8โ9 visits per month preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel up to 60% (domestic and international)
- Valid driving license
