Roles & Responsibilities

As a CRA II at ICON, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring clinical trials while ensuring compliance and data quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
  • Ensure protocol compliance, patient safety, and data integrity
  • Collaborate with investigators and site staff
  • Perform clinical data review and resolve queries
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing clinical study documentation
  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout the clinical trial lifecycle

Required Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and ICH-GCP guidelines
  • Experience in onsite monitoring (8โ€“9 visits per month preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% (domestic and international)
  • Valid driving license
