Roles & Responsibilities
General Responsibilities Across Departments:
- Conduct research and development activities for formulations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Perform analytical testing and documentation
- Support product lifecycle management and process optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development
- Maintain accurate records and reports as per industry guidelines
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following educational criteria:
- M. Pharmacy / B. Pharmacy (for DQA, FR&D, PMT, AR&D roles)
- B.Tech Mechanical (for Engineering roles)
- Diploma in Packaging & Development (for Packaging roles)
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range:
- โน2.5 LPA โ โน12 LPA (depending on role and experience)
