🔬 Key Responsibilities

Ethics Committee Coordinator

• Prepare and submit research proposals, amendments, and renewals for ethical approval
• Maintain documentation aligned with NABH/JCI audit requirements
• Ensure compliance with IEC, DCGI, and ICH-GCP guidelines
• Coordinate Ethics Committee meetings and investigator communication
• Monitor approved studies for protocol adherence

Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)

• Manage clinical trial operations including site initiation to close-out
• Recruit and enroll participants; obtain informed consent
• Maintain accurate eCRFs and study data
• Ensure compliance with IRB, FDA, and GCP guidelines
• Handle sample collection, processing, and shipment
