🧠 Key Responsibilities (Medical Data Abstraction Role)
- Review electronic medical records (EMR) and extract structured clinical data
- Perform medical data abstraction as per project-specific protocols
- Interpret diagnostic reports, pathology data, hospitalization records, and medication history
- Apply inclusion and exclusion criteria for clinical datasets
- Identify and document adverse events (AEs) and treatment outcomes
- Enter extracted data into electronic data capture systems (EDC)
- Collaborate with teams and respond to queries from project leads
- Support oncology and real-world evidence research projects
- Ensure data accuracy, quality control, and regulatory compliance

Education Required:
