🧠 Key Responsibilities (Clinical Resource Analyst Role)
- Monitor and forecast clinical resource allocation across projects
- Manage resource requests, assignments, and availability tracking
- Use resourcing dashboards & analytics tools for workforce planning
- Identify suitable staff based on therapeutic area, geography, and availability
- Coordinate weekly resourcing meetings with senior leadership (AD/Director level)
- Maintain project resource modules and utilization reports
- Support RFPs, bid defense meetings, and proposal submissions
- Ensure CV tracking and updates for clinical team members
- Perform quality checks (QC) on resource projections and reports
🎓 Qualifications & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Management, or related field preferred)
- 0–2 years experience in clinical research / analytics / operations
- Freshers with strong analytical skills may apply
