Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in clinical sample bioanalysis
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across pharma and biotech companies
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and strategic BD plans
- Handle contract negotiation and deal closure
- Collaborate with internal scientific and operational teams for project execution
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory landscape
- Drive revenue growth and client satisfaction in bioanalytical services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
- Strong knowledge of bioanalytical assay development & validation
- Understanding of USFDA and EMA regulatory guidelines
- Familiarity with drug development (NCEs, NBEs, biosimilars)
- Skills in business development, proposal writing, and client management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Experience in pharma, CRO, or biotech industry preferred
