Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end safety case processing (Spontaneous, Solicited, SUSAR)
- Handle case intake, data entry, and case triage activities
- Conduct follow-up for incomplete safety data
- Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs)
- Ensure accurate adverse event reporting in compliance with global PV regulations
- Maintain data quality, compliance, and timelines
- Collaborate with internal PV teams and stakeholders

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences (preferred)
- Experience: 2โ4 years in Pharmacovigilance
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and global safety reporting guidelines
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (if required)
