Minimum 1+ years in Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance (India)
Roles & Responsibilities
Pharmacovigilance Activities
- Reporting safety information from India and South Asia to global safety teams
- Following up with reporters for additional safety information
- Monitoring and reviewing safety mailbox reports
- Performing monthly reconciliation and compliance checks
Regulatory Affairs Activities
- Preparation and submission of Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs)
- Dossier preparation for:
- New product approvals
- Clinical trials
- Variations and renewals
- Responding to regulatory authority queries
- Coordination with global teams for submissions
Additional Responsibilities
- Preparation for regulatory authority and expert committee meetings
- Regulatory submissions for South Asia countries
- Labeling material preparation and updates
- Promotional material review as per compliance guidelines
- Updating regulatory databases and SOPs
- Managing safety agreements with partners and manufacturers
- Coordination for NPPA pricing updates
- Lifecycle management and communication with commercial teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Life Sciences
- Microbiology
- Chemistry
- Or related field
