Available Positions
1. Technical Writer – Labeling
Technical Writers in the labeling team create and maintain product labels, packaging content, and regulatory-compliant documentation aligned with global standards.
2. Technical Writer – IFU (Instructions for Use)
The IFU Technical Writer focuses on creating user instructions and regulated documentation used by laboratory professionals, clinicians, and regulatory reviewers.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Label Development
- Create and update product labels, box prints, and Instructions for Use (IFU).
- Ensure documentation meets QSR, ISO, and regulatory standards.
- Follow company style guides and quality management systems (QMS).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams.
- Validate technical accuracy and regulatory compliance of documentation.
Documentation Lifecycle Management
- Manage multiple documentation projects in a fast-paced global environment.
- Support deviation investigations, CAPA processes, and complaint analysis.
- Improve documentation templates, processes, and standards.
Localization & Translation (IFU Role)
- Coordinate with translation agencies for multilingual IFU documentation.
- Ensure accurate localization for global markets.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Life Sciences
- Biology / Biochemistry / Molecular Biology
- Technical Communication
- Journalism / English
- Related discipline
Experience
- 2–3 years technical writing experience in:
- Medical devices
- In vitro diagnostics (IVD)
- Life sciences documentation
- Regulatory labeling
Technical Skills
- Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills
- Experience with regulated documentation and labeling requirements
- Knowledge of EU IVDR documentation requirements
Tools & Platforms
- Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign) – for labeling graphics
- Content Management Systems (CMS / CCMS)
- DITA/XML structured authoring (preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of EU MDR or IVDR regulations
- Experience with structured authoring and reusable content strategies
