Key Responsibilities

Database Management & Data Processing

  • Review study documentation such as protocols and reports to extract relevant data.
  • Compile metadata and structured datasets for database requests.
  • Generate and perform quality checks on study database entries.
  • Conduct information searches to identify relevant research data within defined timeframes.

Data Compilation & Reporting

  • Compile datasets manually using spreadsheets and data tools.
  • Convert raw study information into usable formats for reporting and analysis.
  • Support preparation of communication text and documentation.

Software Tools & Technology

  • Use tools such as:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft Word
    • Database systems
    • Collaboration and data-sharing platforms

Software Validation & Testing

  • Execute test scripts for system validation.
  • Maintain documentation according to Systems Life Cycle (SLC) methodology.
  • Ensure compliance with software validation principles used by regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in:
    • Life Sciences
    • Computer Science / Information Systems
    • Statistics
    • Mathematics
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good time management and organizational skills
