Key Responsibilities
1. Medical Strategy Execution
- Lead medical initiatives aligned with Baxterโs regional and local medical strategy.

- Conduct scientific discussions with physicians and healthcare professionals.

3. Clinical Insight Generation

4. Internal Scientific Support

- Provide therapeutic area education and product knowledge.
5. KOL Engagement and Medical Events
- Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Organize scientific meetings, advisory boards, and medical education events.
6. Evidence Generation
- Support investigator-initiated research (IIR).
- Participate in real-world evidence and clinical research initiatives.
7. Compliance and Medical Governance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Review promotional materials and provide medical oversight.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Candidates must possess one of the following:
- MBBS
- PharmD / Pharmacist qualification
- Masterโs or PhD in Life Sciences
Experience
