Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for managing manufacturing operations and ensuring efficient production processes within the API division.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading process improvement initiatives through debottlenecking and optimization
- Conducting energy balance studies and identifying efficiency improvements
- Managing scale-up activities and technology transfer processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards during chemical processing activities
- Monitoring operational performance and maintaining production quality standards
- Reporting incidents, unsafe conditions, and operational deviations to management
