Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support production operations and maintain accurate documentation within the manufacturing department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting, submitting, and updating Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) between Production and QA departments
- Recording production data and yields in BMR documents
- Maintaining production registers, formats, and logbooks
- Raising material indents and issuing raw materials for production processes
- Managing Raw Materials (RM), Semi-Finished Goods (SFG), and Finished Goods (FG) inventory
- Making daily consumption entries in ERP or production software systems
- Maintaining training records and evaluation documentation
- Supporting internal and external audits as guided by senior staff
