Roles and Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for managing and monitoring glucose production operations in accordance with company standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring shift operations are carried out according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitoring production activities and maintaining operational records
• Ensuring production quality and quantity targets are achieved
• Handling proper shift handover and reporting important operational parameters to senior management
• Maintaining operational parameters within approved limits
• Collecting and tracking daily production data from starch and glucose production processes
• Reporting operational incidents, deviations, or unsafe actions to management
• Ensuring compliance with plant safety and quality guidelines

Required Qualifications

Candidates applying for this position should meet the following educational criteria:

• B.Sc
• Diploma in relevant field
• B.Tech
• M.Sc

Relevant experience in glucose production operations is required.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 3 Years
• Maximum Experience: 12 Years
• Candidates should have hands-on experience in glucose or starch production processes within pharmaceutical or related manufacturing industries.
