Roles and Responsibilities

Quality Control

• Perform analytical method validation
• Handle HPLC, dissolution, GC and analytical instruments
• Conduct analytical data review and support QMS activities
• Maintain documentation according to regulatory standards

Formulation & Development

• Perform pre-formulation and formulation development activities
• Work on development of solid oral dosage forms
• Apply pharmaceutical formulation principles
• Solve formulation-related analytical issues

Analytical QA (AQA)

• Conduct QC analytical data review
• Handle audit trail reviews and laboratory investigations
• Manage OOS and OOT cases
• Support laboratory compliance and documentation

Quality Assurance (IPQA)

• Perform line clearance and in-process quality checks
• Ensure batch documentation compliance
• Monitor manufacturing processes and sampling activities
• Handle IPQA documentation and reporting

Production

• Operate compression, granulation and coating machines
• Monitor manufacturing operations
• Maintain machine records and documentation
• Follow cGMP guidelines during production

Engineering (HVAC)

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems
• Manage water systems and chillers
• Ensure compliance with cGMP engineering standards
• Maintain system documentation

Purchase Officer

• Handle vendor communication and quotation comparisons
• Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement records
• Maintain invoice documentation and purchasing data

Required Qualifications

Candidates applying for these positions should meet the following qualifications:

• B.Sc / M.Sc
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• M.Pharm (Freshers allowed for F&D role)
• ITI or Diploma for Production and Engineering roles
• Any graduate with exposure to engineering procurement for Purchase Officer role

Experience Requirements

• Freshers eligible for selected positions (especially M.Pharm in F&D)
• Experienced candidates with 1–8 years of experience depending on the role

Estimated Salary Range:
