Roles and Responsibilities
Production Department
- Operate and supervise pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
- Handle processes such as granulation, coating, compression, and printing.
- Maintain production documentation and follow GMP standards.
- Ensure process efficiency and product quality.
Packing Department
- Operate packaging machines such as CAM, IMA, Blister, and VCI machines.
- Maintain packing documentation and quality compliance.
- Ensure accurate labeling and packaging processes.
Maintenance Department
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Assist with installation, calibration, and validation activities.
QA & QC Department
- Perform quality control testing and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and GMP requirements.
- Support production teams with quality assurance processes.
Utility & Maintenance
- Handle electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, civil, and RFM operations.
- Maintain plant utilities and infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have any of the following qualifications depending on the role:
- ITI
- Diploma (Engineering)
- B.Tech / B.E
- 10th / 12th Pass
- Graduate
Relevant ITI trades and engineering disciplines include:

- RFM
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications are also eligible for selected roles.
Experience Required

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in tablet and capsule manufacturing environments.
Candidates with experience in regulated plants such as USFDA or MHRA approved facilities may receive additional preference.
