Key Responsibilities
The Associate Manager Clinical Data Management will be responsible for overseeing clinical data activities for human research studies.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Planning and managing clinical data management tasks for complex research studies
- Ensuring all activities comply with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory standards
- Managing end-to-end clinical data lifecycle for clinical trials
- Collaborating with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and external vendors
- Developing and maintaining Data Management Plans (DMP) and study documentation
- Designing Edit Check Specifications and eCRF completion guidelines
- Leading data quality review meetings with cross-functional teams
- Ensuring timely delivery of accurate and reliable clinical trial datasets
- Supporting health authority inspections and regulatory audits
- Managing EDC system integration and data collection systems such as eCOA
- Monitoring FSP/CRO vendor deliverables and SLA compliance
- Contributing to data standards development and process improvement
- Mentoring junior data management professionals
Required Qualifications
