Roles and Responsibilities
Operator – Technical Assistant
Candidates selected for the Operator role will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations and maintaining documentation standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing initial Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and equipment qualification
- Managing production documentation such as logbooks, e-logbooks and BMR
- Executing cleaning procedures for liquid manufacturing equipment
- Assisting production teams in daily manufacturing activities
- Ensuring adherence to cGMP practices and safety standards
Supervisor – Senior Executive
The Supervisor role involves overseeing production activities and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing qualification documents and executing qualification activities
- Performing FAT and equipment qualification procedures
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP, FDA and regulatory requirements
- Coordinating with the Quality team to resolve quality issues
- Planning daily, weekly and monthly production schedules
- Supervising manufacturing teams and maintaining operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
For Operator – Technical Assistant:
- B.Sc in Science
- Diploma in relevant field
- ITI qualification
Experience Required: 2–8 years in pharmaceutical production or manufacturing.
For Supervisor – Senior Executive:
- M.Sc in relevant discipline
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
Experience Required: 2–8 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or production supervision.
