Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Project Coordinator will support central laboratory services and clinical trial project operations through the following responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and technical support to Central Laboratory Services teams
- Review and validate project requests and laboratory data submissions
- Perform quality checks on completed requests and documentation
- Generate and analyze Labcorp / Covance database reports
- Manage technical and project-related documentation
- Retrieve and maintain clinical project information and service definitions
- Coordinate with global Central Laboratory Services units for process updates
- Act as a liaison between client coordinators and internal departments
- Manage internal and external communication related to projects
- Document service failures and escalate issues to management when required
- Provide dedicated support to sponsors and project managers
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Required Qualifications
