Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Study Support
- Coordinate site logistics including study supplies, equipment, and documentation.
- Prepare and distribute clinical trial materials and patient recruitment resources.
- Support translation and localization of study documents.
- Assist with remote CRA support activities and monitoring follow-ups.
2. Documentation Management
- Provide operational support for Trial Master File (TMF) maintenance.
- Ensure accurate filing and regulatory compliance with ICH-GCP standards.
- Manage documentation related to clinical study operations.
3. Site Payments & Operations
- Manage site invoices and payment requests.
- Verify financial details against clinical trial contracts and agreements.
- Process payments related to investigators, EC/IRB committees, and study start-up fees.
- Track and report payment status to investigators and healthcare professionals.
Required Qualifications
