Roles & Responsibilities
Candidates selected for the FR&D Technology Transfer role will be responsible for:
- Preparation and review of BMRs (Batch Manufacturing Records) and BPRs (Batch Packaging Records)
- Development of Process Validation Protocols and Reports
- Preparation of Process Optimization Reports
- Execution and documentation support for technology transfer activities
- Handling Quality Management System (QMS) activities from initiation to closure
- Managing investigations related to:
- OOS (Out of Specification)
- OOT (Out of Trend)
- Deviations and Change Controls
- Supporting cross-functional teams during scale-up and validation stages
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:
- Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline
- Relevant experience in Formulation R&D or Technology Transfer
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical documentation practices
- Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments preferred
- Understanding of validation and QMS compliance systems
Salary & Benefits
Estimated Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum (based on experience)
