Job Role Overview
The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails while ensuring adherence to organizational SOPs and compliance standards. The role focuses on improving service delivery quality and enhancing operational efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits for calls, chats, and email interactions
- Monitor agent performance and provide structured feedback
- Identify gaps through Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives
- Participate in calibration sessions with internal teams
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality benchmarks
- Prepare quality reports and performance insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Healthcare or Management preferred)
- Experience in Quality Analysis / Customer Support QA roles
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and feedback delivery ability
- Knowledge of QA frameworks and compliance monitoring
- Experience in healthcare or wellness operations is an advantage
