Key Responsibilities
As an Associate – Healthcare & Lifesciences, you will:
- Lead assigned analytical workstreams with supervisor guidance
- Conduct healthcare industry research and market analysis
- Generate pharma and biotech company insights
- Develop hypotheses using an answer-first consulting approach
- Create structured, high-impact client presentations (PowerPoint)
- Perform financial and strategic analysis using databases
- Apply analytical tools for business problem-solving
- Support global consulting teams across EMEA, Americas & APAC
- Contribute to healthcare strategy recommendations

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Undergraduate degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
OR - Postgraduate degree with 0–1 year of experience
(Background in healthcare, pharma, biotech preferred but not mandatory.)
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with databases like Thomson Reuters, CapitalIQ, Factiva, D&B (preferred)
- Knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, Python, or R (plus)
- Prior consulting or analytical role experience (advantage)
Salary (Estimated)
Based on industry standards for Associate roles in management consulting analytics in New Delhi:
₹12,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annum (CTC estimated range)
