🔬 Key Responsibilities – Payment Associate I
Investigator Payments & Financial Processing
- Review EDC data and clinical trial contracts.
- Process investigator payments in the payment system.
- Generate cover letters or proforma invoices.
- Perform Invoice Quality Control (QC).
- Coordinate with CTL and PM for payment batch approvals.
- Process Out-of-Pocket (OOP) and Pass-Through expense invoices.
- Perform payment reconciliation during study close-out.
Clinical Trial Support
- Assist in investigator submission packages for regulatory/site submission.
- Support investigator payment processing activities.
- Assist study startup teams with site activation tasks.
- Manage assigned studies and ensure timely document uploads.
- Follow up with study teams on query resolution.
Compliance & Quality
- Adhere to departmental SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Perform internal quality checks.
- Escalate issues appropriately.
🎓 Qualifications & Eligibility
Educational Qualification
- University/College Degree (Life Science preferred)
OR - Certification in allied health profession (Nursing, Medical Lab Technology, etc.)
Experience Required
- 0–2 years in clinical research or related roles.
- Working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to use departmental systems and tools.
