Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining ampoule filling operations while ensuring strict compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operate ampoule washing, sterilization tunnel, and filling machines as per SOPs
- Perform equipment setup, line clearance, and batch changeovers
- Ensure correct filling volume and sealing integrity
- Maintain sterile manufacturing conditions during operations
- Record real-time entries in BMR/BPR as per GDP practices
- Follow cGMP, safety, and aseptic gowning procedures
- Coordinate with QA, Engineering, and Maintenance teams
- Perform basic troubleshooting and support maintenance activities
Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- ITI
- Diploma (Relevant Technical Discipline)
Experience Required:
- 2 to 7 Years in pharmaceutical or vaccine manufacturing operations
Candidates with experience in aseptic filling or injectable manufacturing will be preferred.
