Key Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting laboratory operations and ensuring efficient diagnostic workflows.
• Coordinate with diagnostic laboratory partners for smooth infectious disease testing operations
• Assist laboratories in implementing updated testing protocols and upgrades
• Provide technical support to partner labs whenever required
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records
• Ensure adherence to testing standards and workflow timelines
• Support molecular testing processes including sample handling coordination
Required Qualifications
Candidates applying for this role must meet the following eligibility criteria:
• MSc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Genetics, or Molecular Biology
• Knowledge or practical exposure to DNA Extraction and RT-PCR techniques
• Strong analytical and documentation abilities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and execute tasks efficiently
Work Schedule & Requirements
• Rotational shifts including Day, Mid, and Night shifts
• 6 working days per week
• Rotational weekly off
This role is suitable for candidates comfortable working in laboratory environments with flexible schedules.
Salary and Benefits
Expected Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,50,000 per annum (CTC)
