- Provide accurate medical information using approved product labels and scientific databases
- Identify and report:
- Adverse Events (AEs)
- Pregnancy exposure cases
- Special situation events
- Product quality complaints
- Log enquiries accurately within defined timelines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, client SOPs, and global pharmacovigilance standards
- Perform quality checks on documentation and case records
- Maintain data privacy and confidentiality
- Support after-hours coverage (rotational basis if required)
