The company is currently hiring skilled professionals for its Analytical Development Lab (ADL) at the Bhayla Plant in Gujarat. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced candidates in analytical method development and validation to contribute to product development, scale-up, and commercial production in a dynamic pharma environment.

These positions offer a chance to work on cutting-edge analytical techniques supporting ICH-compliant product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, or verify analytical methods for assay, dissolution, and related substances as per ICH guidelines.
- Operate and utilize advanced instruments including HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, and Dissolution Apparatus.
- Prepare, review, and maintain analytical protocols, reports, and documentation (e.g., COA, CTD/DMF) in compliance with cGMP and GLP guidelines.
- Collaborate with Formulation R&D and Quality Control departments to transfer analytical methods for scale-up and commercial production.
- Investigate and resolve analytical issues during product development and analysis.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Pharm / B.Pharm
- Total Experience: 2 to 8 years in relevant analytical development roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
Candidates with hands-on experience in method development, validation, and instrumentation in a regulated environment will be preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary packages are offered based on experience and expertise, typically ranging from ₹4,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum (CTC) for these roles in the Gujarat pharmaceutical sector, along with industry-standard benefits including health insurance, performance incentives, and professional growth opportunities.
