Cipla is hiring for the following roles:
- Junior Operator – Production (Executive) Qualification: BSc Chemistry / Diploma in Chemical Engineering Experience: At least 1 to 3 years in API production, intermediate, and clean room operations. Knowledge of production equipment, GMP, and validation processes.
- Junior Officer – Production (Senior Executive) Qualification: BTech/BE Chemical Experience: At least 1 to 3 years in API production, intermediate, and clean room knowledge. Responsibilities include production planning, execution, GMP compliance, and validation process knowledge.
- Senior Operator – Production (Senior Executive) Qualification: BSc Chemistry / Diploma in Chemical Experience: At least 3 to 5 years in API production, equipment planning, execution, GMP, and validation processes.
- Senior Engineer (Engineering – Electrical) – Assistant Manager Qualification: BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering Experience: 5-7 years in API engineering processes. Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting in utilities like HT/LT DG sets, transformers, breakers, panels. Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, GMP compliance, plant equipment upkeep, and safety norms.
- Senior Engineer (Engineering – Instrumentation) – Assistant Manager Qualification: BE/BTech in Instrumentation Engineering Experience: 5-7 years in API engineering with exposure to SCADA/DCS systems, PLC, process automation, instrument calibration, qualification, preventive and breakdown maintenance. Knowledge of control system design and networking.
Note: All candidates must have prior exposure in pharma manufacturing from regulatory-approved organizations (USFDA, MHRA, EU, and other major bodies).
