🔬 Key Responsibilities – Site Solutions Associate
The Site Solutions Associate at IQVIA will support payment service delivery across the clinical trial lifecycle:
Clinical Trial Site Payments & Documentation
- Manage site payment processing and pass-through payments.
- Maintain master site list for assigned clinical trials.
- Validate and upload essential documents including:
- Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA)
- Payment Intake Forms (PIF)
- W9/W8 forms
- Amendments and tax documentation
- Set up initial CTA visit budgets and reimbursable budgets.
- Ensure compliance with SSAE18 policies and procedures.
Site Communication & Customer Service
- Act as primary contact for site-related communications.
- Process changes related to PI, tax ID, payee, banking details.
- Resolve site cases and administrative trackers.
- Provide status updates for Sponsor governance meetings.
- Support study start-up, maintenance, and closeout phases.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure contract records align with signed SOWs.
- Conduct peer review of vendor and budget setups.
- Reconcile pass-through payments before study closeout.
- Escalate site-specific issues when required.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
