This role focuses on contributing to systematic literature reviews (SLRs) and quantitative evidence synthesis projects, aligned with HTA requirements and global regulatory standards.
🧪 Key Responsibilities
As a Research Associate / Analyst – SLR/HEOR, you will:
- Conduct systematic literature reviews (SLRs) following PRISMA guidelines
- Screen and review clinical and real-world evidence studies
- Extract data and organize evidence in structured formats
- Support meta-analysis, network meta-analysis (NMA), and indirect treatment comparisons (ITCs)
- Assist in economic modeling support and evidence summaries
- Maintain project documentation aligned with HTA submissions
- Contribute to high-quality client deliverables and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional HEOR teams
This position provides hands-on experience in evidence review & synthesis, HEOR analytics, and pharmaceutical value communication.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
Educational Background (Preferred):
- PharmD / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Life Sciences) / MPH / Health Economics
- Clinical Research, Biostatistics, or related healthcare domain
Technical Skills:
- Experience in Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology
- Knowledge of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)
- Familiarity with HTA frameworks (NICE, CADTH, PBAC etc. preferred)
- Understanding of meta-analysis and quantitative synthesis
- Strong academic writing and analytical skills
Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
