Key Responsibilities (General for Roles)
- Production Roles: Handle API synthesis processes, operate equipment, ensure batch compliance, maintain GMP standards, monitor reactions, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Maintenance Roles: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on plant machinery, manage HVAC systems, handle fittings and installations, ensure equipment uptime, and support plant operations safely.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry) for Production roles; Diploma/B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) for Engineering/Maintenance roles.
- Strong knowledge of API/bulk drug processes and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in GMP, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
- Freshers with relevant academic background are welcome for entry-level positions.
Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary packages are offered based on experience and role:
- Freshers/Entry-Level: ₹2.5 – 4.5 LPA
- Mid-Level (1–9 years): ₹4 – 8 LPA
- Senior-Level (10+ years): ₹8 – 15 LPA (or higher for managerial roles)
