Available Job Roles at Mahad Facility
All positions are based in Mahad, Maharashtra.
- Executive – Production (Tablets Manufacturing, Packing, Liquid Oral & Sachet) Experience: 2-3 years in manufacturing and packing of tablets, liquid orals, and sachets. Responsibilities: Granulation, compression, coating, and packing operations; hands-on experience with SCADA-enabled equipment; SAP knowledge and MHRA/EU-GMP compliance.
- Executive – Warehouse (RM/PM Receipt, Dispensing & FG Dispatch) Experience: 2-3 years. Responsibilities: RM/PM receipt, dispensing, FG dispatch; inventory control using SAP ERP; audit readiness per GMP standards.
- Research Associate – Formulation & Analytical Development (R&D) Experience: 2-3 years. Responsibilities: Oral dosage formulation (IR/SR tablets, liquids, soft gels, gummies); pre-formulation, scale-up, stability studies; analytical method development with HPLC/GC/FTIR exposure.
- Executive – Quality Control (RM/FG/Stability) Experience: 3-5 years. Responsibilities: Analysis of RM/FG/Stability/PM samples; hands-on with HPLC, GC, UV, IR instruments; GMP documentation.
- Executive – Quality Control (Microbiology) Experience: 2-3 years. Responsibilities: Media preparation, GPT, microbiological limit tests, assays, water analysis, environment monitoring, culture handling, personal hygiene monitoring.
- Executive – Quality Assurance (IPQA) Experience: 2-5 years. Responsibilities: In-process checks, line clearance, real-time monitoring; handling deviations, CAPA, cGMP documentation.
- Executive – Engineering Experience: 2-3 years in pharma setup. Responsibilities: Handling HVAC systems, water systems, compressors, chillers; preventive maintenance, breakdown handling; SAP ERP exposure preferred.
- Executive – Packaging Development (Pharma & Nutraceuticals) Experience: 3-5 years. Responsibilities: Primary & secondary packaging development; trials, validation, stability studies; artwork/BOM coordination with regulatory compliance.
- Dy. Manager/Sr. Executive – Supply Chain (RM, PM, Indirect Material Coordination) Experience: 6-10 years. Responsibilities: Procurement, vendor development, commercial negotiation; inventory planning, cost control; cross-functional coordination with GMP compliance. Knowledge of MHRA, EU-GMP, PPIC/S, WHO GMP preferred.
