Roles and Responsibilities
As a Quality Intern/Trainee, you will support the quality assurance processes in the manufacturing plant. Key duties include:
- Assisting in monitoring and inspecting raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conducting basic quality checks, documentation, and record-keeping for food safety protocols.
- Supporting the team in identifying deviations, suggesting improvements, and maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Helping with lab testing, sampling, and reporting under senior guidance.
- Participating in extended shifts to learn real-time production quality control.
This role provides valuable exposure to food manufacturing operations, quality systems, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Qualification (Mandatory): B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or closely related fields.
- Experience: Freshers only – no prior work experience required.

- Other Requirements: Must be comfortable with extended working hours and night shifts.
