Experience: 2–3 years in Quality Assurance (preferably in laboratory or analytical/pharma setting)
Roles & Responsibilities
As a QA Executive at Chromachemie Laboratory, you will support critical quality functions and contribute to a compliant, efficient QMS. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they meet current regulatory and internal requirements.
- Maintaining comprehensive QA department documentation for traceability and audit readiness.
- Reviewing analytical raw data for final products as well as raw materials to verify accuracy and compliance.
- Examining internal and external calibration certificates along with supporting data for validity.
- Supporting various quality-related activities and ensuring adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
- Ensuring accurate documentation of Environmental Monitoring records and daily calibration logbooks.
- Issuing, reviewing, and managing forms, formats, registers, and analytical data.
- Assisting the Quality Manager in creating internal audit schedules aligned with ISO 17025:2017 requirements.
- Participating in and supporting internal quality audits and management review meetings.
- Reviewing audit trails and electronic data to confirm compliance with regulations.
- Promoting and upholding data integrity principles and ISO 17025 laboratory standards across all operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, ideally within a laboratory, analytical, or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 17025:2017 standards and core principles of data integrity (ALCOA+).
- Excellent documentation, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail combined with a proactive mindset toward compliance and continuous improvement.
Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary commensurate with experience, typically ranging from ₹4.5 Lakhs to ₹6.5 Lakhs per annum for professionals with 2–3 years in similar QA roles in Bengaluru’s pharma/analytical sector (based on industry benchmarks).
