Key Skills and Responsibilities
For Quality Assurance
Professionals in this role will focus on ensuring compliance and quality in manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Execution of qualification and validation for equipment, utilities, and facilities.
- Preparation and review of qualification protocols, change controls, and handling related activities.
- Preparation and review of media fill protocols, reports, and qualification change controls.
- Preparation and review of SOPs related to qualification and implementation of global SOPs.
This position suits candidates with strong documentation skills and knowledge of regulatory standards in pharma.
For Quality Control – Microbiology
This role involves hands-on microbiological testing and monitoring in a sterile environment. Key skills and responsibilities include:
- Proficiency in environmental monitoring using all three methods (viable and non-viable).
- Expertise in water system sampling, testing (Microbial, Physicochemical), and knowledge of pharmaceutical water types, requirements, and specifications.
- Proficiency in Bioburden, TVAC, TYMC, microbial limit tests, and pharmacopoeial requirements.
- Experience in method suitability studies for different test methods.
- Media preparation, sterilization proficiency, management of media release and discard processes.
- Ability to perform and manage antibiotic assays (added advantage).
Candidates with strong lab skills in microbial analysis and water systems will excel here.
Salary and Benefits
