Job Opportunities at Satyadivis Pharmaceuticals
The company is hiring for the following departments with a total of around 36 positions:
- Production: Multiple openings for freshers (20 positions), 1-3 years (limited), 2-5 years (5 positions), and higher experience.
- Quality Control (QC): 2 positions (primarily freshers).
- Quality Assurance (QA): Positions for 1-3 years and 2-5 years experience (1 each).
- Research & Development (R&D): Limited positions for freshers and 1-3 years experience.
- Maintenance: 5 positions (primarily freshers/ITIs).
Key Requirements
- Qualifications: B.Sc., M.Sc., ITI, or related fields (depending on department and role).
- Experience: Freshers welcome; experienced candidates with 1-6 years preferred in relevant pharma areas.
- Eligibility: Male candidates only from Andhra Pradesh (AP) and Telangana (TS). Other state candidates need not apply.
- Age & Other: Specific preferences for fit, energetic candidates suitable for plant operations.
Roles and Responsibilities (Department-Specific Overview)
- Production: Operate manufacturing equipment, handle API/intermediates production processes, ensure GMP compliance, monitor batch records, and maintain safety standards.
- QC: Perform analytical testing, sample analysis, instrument calibration, stability studies, and documentation as per regulatory guidelines.
- QA: Oversee quality systems, review batch records, conduct audits, handle deviations, and ensure compliance with cGMP and other standards.
- R&D: Support development of new APIs/intermediates, process optimization, scale-up activities, and lab documentation.
- Maintenance: Handle preventive maintenance, troubleshooting of equipment, utility management, and ensure minimal downtime in production areas.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary packages based on experience and role (realistic industry standards in Telangana pharma sector):
- Freshers: ₹2.5 – 4.0 Lakhs per annum.
- Experienced (1-6 years): ₹3.5 – 7.0 Lakhs per annum or higher, depending on expertise and negotiation.
