Open Positions and Experience Requirements
Arene Life Sciences is hiring for the following roles:
- Production: Chemists, Senior Chemists, Executives – 1 to 6 years of experience.
- SRS / TSD: 1 to 4 years (B.Tech Chemical, M.Sc & B.Sc preferred).
- Engineering / Maintenance: Fitters – 1 to 4 years.
- Research & Development (R&D): 1 to 2 years (M.Sc preferred).
- Quality Assurance (QA): 4 to 10 years (experience in validations, QMS, analytical assurance).
- Quality Control (QC): 8 to 12 years (experience in HPLC, GC, method validations, GLP, QMS).
Candidates with relevant experience in API bulk drug manufacturing will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- In Production: Handle day-to-day operations, process monitoring, batch manufacturing, and ensure adherence to safety and GMP standards.
- In Quality Control/Assurance: Perform analytical testing (HPLC, GC), method development/validation, documentation, audits, and compliance with GLP/GMP regulations.
- In R&D: Support API development, process optimization, scale-up activities, and lab experiments.
- In Engineering/Maintenance: Equipment maintenance, fitting, troubleshooting, and plant upkeep.
- In SRS/TSD: Handle scale-up, technology transfer, process documentation, and related activities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry, B.Tech Chemical Engineering, or related pharma/science fields.
- Key Skills: Hands-on experience in API manufacturing, analytical instruments (HPLC/GC), GMP/GLP compliance, QMS, validations, and team coordination.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, WHO, etc.) is advantageous for QA/QC roles.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary packages commensurate with experience and role (realistic range for these positions in Telangana API sector: ₹3.5 LPA to ₹12 LPA or higher for senior roles).
